I have gathered a tremendous amount of real estate expertise owning and operating my own brokerage for 26 years, initially with my late husband Harry Waterhouse, and solely for the last 14 years. As a 31 year resident of Litchfield County I know this market place inside and out. Additionally I am passionate and extremely knowledgeable about real estate as a product. Decades of experience have lent me knowledge of all parts of a home. With that, in 1986, I took great pleasure in the construction of my own residence. Prior to real estate I worked in advertising for the Waterbury Republican American newspaper giving me a useful knowledge base in marketing and a broadened perspective of the industry.
